Terms of Use

Effective March 2026 · Last updated March 15, 2026

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using XtrkR ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What XtrkR Is

XtrkR is a personal sexual health tracking application. It helps you log encounters, track medication adherence (PrEP, DoxyPEP), record STI test results, monitor vaccinations, and view health insights — all stored locally on your device.

What XtrkR Is Not

XtrkR is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Your Data, Your Responsibility

All data you enter into XtrkR is stored locally on your iPhone. We do not have access to your data, and we cannot recover it.

In-App Purchase

XtrkR offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("XtrkR Premium") that unlocks additional features. This purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit and governed by Apple's Standard EULA. It can be restored on the same Apple ID and is non-refundable through us.

The free tier provides full encounter logging, partner profiles, STI test tracking, calendar, basic stats, CSV export, import, and all safety features.

Age Requirement

XtrkR is rated 17+ due to mature health content. You must be at least 17 years old to use this app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer or redistribute it, store data on behalf of others without consent, or misrepresent health insights as medical diagnoses.

Intellectual Property

XtrkR's design, code, icons, and content are protected by copyright. Your data belongs to you — XtrkR claims no ownership over any data you enter.

Accuracy of Your Data

XtrkR displays information based on what you enter. The accuracy of all insights, scores, and analytics depends entirely on your input.

Apple Health Integration

If enabled, XtrkR writes sexual activity data to HealthKit, subject to Apple's terms. XtrkR does not read data from Apple Health.

iCloud Drive Backups

If enabled, encrypted backup files are stored in your iCloud Drive, subject to your Apple ID terms. Backups are AES-256-GCM encrypted with a password you set — we cannot decrypt them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XtrkR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will meet your specific requirements, be accurate, or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for health decisions made based on app information, data loss from device failure or app deletion, or the accuracy of geocoding or health data writes. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Dispute Resolution

Contact us first so we can resolve issues informally. For in-app purchase disputes, Apple's dispute resolution applies per the Apple Media Services Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
